Hello again! We're Edwina & Chris McNulty, the husband and wife team behind Rosewood Cakes which we founded in 2015. We’re self-taught, cake-obsessives who gave up careers in HR and Sports Coaching to follow our dream, and now we have to pinch ourselves to see how our lives have turned around!

We love our job, it's such a happy and positive environment to be in, and a real joy to be involved in weddings, birthdays and celenrations. 

Edwina does the consultations, designs and sugar flowers and will likely be your point of contact throughout the process. Chris does the baking and ganaching, and together we make the sugar flowers and finish the wedding cakes. The reality of our job is that we spend most of our time washing dishes, but the most exciting part is when we have a blank canvas of a cake, ready to bring the creative designs to life!

We want your guests to be wowed when they see our creations, and we put our heart and soul into your cake, spending hours on the details.  Above all, we are genuinely passionate about cakes, and feel very lucky to be doing a job we love. We deliver our wedding cakes and birthday cakes in the local areas Newton Farm, Uddingston, Cambuslang and Bothwell, and all over Glasgow, Ayrshire, Edinburgh and Scotland.

BOOKING WITH US

AVAILABILITY

We recommending booking 18 - 24 months in advance for wedding cakes. Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis, a £100 deposit is required to secure the date.

CONSULTATION

Sample boxes are freshly baked to order and cannot be posted. These are £30 a box, and are complimentary if you’ve paid a deposit. We are currently unable to offer face to face consultations due to restrictions, though we can schedule a call.

DELIVERY

We deliver our cakes all over Scotland, delivery charges may apply depending on the location of the venue. You can also collect your cake from us for no charge.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We can cater for dietary requirements - including wedding cakes which are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, halal and nut-free. Certain requirements may affect the designs available. Please be aware that the cakes are prepared in a kitchen containing wheat, dairy, nuts, alcohol and eggs and we are unable to guarantee there will not be trace elements.

PRICING

As all our cakes are bespoke we cannot provide a hard and fast price list unfortunately, each cost depends on the detail work involved, the portion amount and the delivery involved. We have a minimum order of £395 for wedding cakes.
